I’m Dana. I’m a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, food lover, and exercise addict. I choose spinach over kale, don’t believe in juicing, and rarely (never) turn down a glass of wine or chocolate.
I don’t like to use the words good or bad when talking about food. I believe some choices are better than others, and that the key to a healthy life is balance. “Everything in moderation” is so cliché isn’t it? It also happens to be the truth.
